WHEN TO GIVE UP ON PURSUING?

All human beings have a stopping point in all aspects of their lives, dating will never be excluded. Sometimes, when we feel like we really cannot do anything, we tend to give up. Giving up on the things you had planned. And then, someone comes in and make you rethink it all and decided to give it another try. Is it a wise decision?

Giving up can save you time instead of foolishly wasting it. One might think that this is the best decision however it is not, unless you're a creep. A genuine man knows no boundaries and limitations to a woman he longs for. He patiently waits for his girl's heart to soften. 

I know a friend whom I really respect the most when it comes to pursuing a girl he likes. Now, this friend has been in love for my other friend for almost 8 years. He was always waiting for his girl to get a mutual feeling even if the girl had different love interests at that time. It really was hurting to see that the girl sometimes won't reply to his messages. Despite the unrequited love, he stands unmoved. Luckily, they were on the same squad. This gave him many chances to let her know who he is and why he is worthy for her love. However, even if the girl saw his efforts, the least she can do for him is to make him her best friend, even if just a label. This, on the other hand, gave the guy a boost in his confidence, quite different from the other guys will feel. Usually when a girl labels you to be her best friend, this is her way of rubbing to your face that you're not boyfriend material for her. But to him, this a stepping stone to her heart. As time goes by, the girl finally sees how true his heart is for her. And to make long story short, she fell in love with the guy who loved him for the last 8 years.

Sounds kind of cliche, doesn't it? But it is true. If you really are committed to someone, you really have to bare the pain it brings. Put this in mind guys, if you feel that the girl of your dreams is worth fighting for, never give up!
